What is HowDoiPay.com?

HowDoiPay.com is an online payment portal for club members allowing them to pay their bills online.

How do I use HowDoiPay.com?

Find

Find your HowDoiPay ID on the bill from your club.

Enter

Enter your HowDoiPay ID and Surname online at www.howdoipay.com. This can also be done at the top of this page click here.

Pay

Pay by choosing from the available options at your club that could include:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card

Does my club use HowDoiPay.com?

If you have a HowDoiPay ID in your Bill then your club uses HowDoiPay.com

If you think your club uses HowDoiPay but you don't have an HowDoiPayID please contact your club

If your club doesn't use HowDoiPay.com please tell them to visit www.clubsystems.com for more information and key benefits.

How can my club start using HowDoiPay.com?

Ask your club to contact us at www.clubsystems.com/

How much does it cost?

There is no charge for using HowDoiPay.com. However your club may choose to add a nominal transaction fee to cover the cost of processing your payment.

Which bills can I pay?

You can pay any bill with a HowDoiPayID on it.

How can I pay? / Payment types available?

The payment methods available are chosen by the club. From the following list:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Credit Agreement

My HowDoiPay ID doesn't work

Please check that you are entering it correctly, sometimes 0 (zero) can be miss read for O(Oscar) and vice versa.

What is Fairway Credit?

Fairway Credit is a finance facility developed by Premium Credit that enables clubs members to pay their subscriptions by regular Direct Debit instalments.

This service is only available to UK residents aged 18 years and over who have a bank account that can support Direct Debit payments. Credit is subject to status. Easy to set up – simple application process only takes a few minutes.

How much extra will I pay?

In return for paying the club on your behalf a transaction fee will be added to your subscription. (See quotation in the Pre Contract explanations when making your application)

Why can’t I use Fairway Credit?

There are two reasons for this:

  • Your club is not currently using Fairway Credit.
  • Your club does not allow Fairway Credit payments on www.howdoipay.com
  • How Secure is HowDoiPay?

All details entered into HowDoiPay are sent over a HTTPS 128 encrypted connection. No card details are stored online or at the club when paying by debit or credit card.

Can I cancel a payment online using HowDoiPay?

Payments cannot be cancelled though howdoipay.com. You will need to contact the club and this is subject to the club's normal payment terms and conditions.

Payments cannot be cancelled though howdoipay.com. You will need to contact the club and this is subject to the club's normal
payment terms and conditions.

Refund Policy: Users have the right to cancel their subscription and obtain a full refund within 7 days
of their account being enabled, please speak to your club to issue a refund.
